HIV Medication Chart   Content and design were informed by actively practicing HIV clinicians, and it is intended to serve as an effective HIV reference and patient management tool.  The pad has 50 tear-off sheets, each of which features all currently approved antiretroviral drugs, organized by class and shown actual size.  All available strengths of drugs are illustrated.  Dosing guidelines are not included as they may vary from patient to patient.  The reverse side of each sheet contains a dosing worksheet, which can be individualized t each patient's drug regimen and used as an educational and discussion tool.  The sheet may then be sent home with the patient as a reference.  The worksheet side also contains key adherence tips and room to list contact information for patients.
